Next stop: To the shopping district of Mongkok! From our hotel, we walked to the nearest MTR Station which is Tsuen Wan going to Mong kok. No need to pay at the counter, MTR gets you where you want to go with few punches on the screen. I forgot how much we paid for a single entry. We traveled at least 15 minutes passing 9 stations to get to Mongkok which is on western part of Kowloon.
We are lucky the train is not too crowded.
Love this pic so much..
Mongkok, the busiest, liveliest district of Kowloon
The entire street has wide selections of shoes, bags, perfumes, electronics, cosmetics and many more! Hongkong's popular market. We are up for some street night shopping tonight, hey its just the first night!
and did I mention street foods too?
HK street-food and dumplings.. like it!
Uhm, yes best place to haggle too!
We were back to the hotel at least before the last train leaves Mongkok. Grab some *clears throat* beers and adorable Hello Kitty bottled water shown below.
Time for bed for the tour tom! Toodles.
Excited for the next days in HK,
itsmelory (^.^)
